Details:

- ship on October 15, or after if you join after
- October Mail can be joined up to Oct 31st on bigcartel, buying in Nov means you will recieve the Nov mail!
Since this will be snail mail (no tracking, mailed by stamp), I should be able to ship anywhere that USPS can mail to, including EU! Currently I can't ship to Canada due to the Canada Post strike.
