Details:

- ship on Nov 15, or after if you join after
- Nov Mail can be joined up to Nov 30st on bigcartel, buying in Dec means you will recieve the Dec mail!
Since this will be snail mail (no tracking, mailed by stamp), I should be able to ship anywhere that USPS can mail to, including EU! Currently I can't ship to Canada due to the Canada Post strike.
